About the Series
The Buddha before the first Buddha, He who is not the creator but from whom that all emanates, is the Adibuddha. In these paintings, surrounding the Adibuddha is the ever flowing 'Cosmic Tree'. Where roots and branches eventually become one, cyclical and spiral movements create energies to host the Adibudhha. The Cosmic Tree and the Adibuddha both emanate an intense beauty almost unreal.
